Construction Administration Stage

Construction Administration Stage

The most important and rigorous stage of the architectural process. As an architect we are the client’s voice on site as well as the third party to approve of work quality as well as works completed on site for invoicing. This stage includes the following:

  • Monthly site Visit

    • Meeting minutes of all issues and items discussed on site for both client and builder to review.

    • Certification of works completed for builder invoicing

    • RFI’s for any variations of the works (includes construction detail changes/additions as well as pricing) for client approval.

    • Discussion and solution of any scheduling issues or construction issues on site.
