  • Internal Elevations of each space

    • Design and documentation of internal joinery

    • Details the allocation of all internal material selections on the elevations

  • Interior Material Schedule

    • to be used in conjunction with the updated plans and internal elevations, Specifies all materials selections

  • Lighting and Electrical Plans

    • Allocation and location of lighting / switches/ smoke detectors/ and gpo’s on the floorplans

  • Lighting and Electrical Schedule

    • to be used in conjunction with the lighting and electrical plans , Specifies all lighting, switches, and gpo selections

  • Services Plan

    • Allocation and location of all heating and cooling systems within the project

    • Allocation and location of all supply and return air grills/ panels within the project

  • Services Schedule

    • to be used in conjunction with the service plans , Specifies all heating and cooling systems along with the supply and return air grills/ panels

  • Door and Window Schedule

    • to be used in conjunction with the floorplans for door locations/sizes/materials as well as window locations/sizes/materials.

  • 3D realistic rendered views of all internal joinery units within each space.

  • Design Development meeting

    • Client meeting to review overall design development documents as listed above and to get client feedback

  • Plans once approved by client to be sent to all engaged consultants.
